Virtual Currency and Items

Through the Service we may offer opportunity to earn, buy or otherwise obtain in-game currency, digital goods and items ("Virtual Currency and Items"). Virtual Currency and Items are not a real currency and have no real monetary value, therefore in any case cannot be redeemed or exchanged for any real legal currency nor any items of value outside the Service. You agree that you have no right or title to any content within the Service, including without limitation the Virtual Currency and Items and any attributes associated with an Account or stored within the Service.

You agree that all sales of Virtual Currency and Items are final and non-refundable, except at our sole and absolute discretion. You agree that we have no liability or obligations for reimbursements for Virtual Currency and Items obtained in any way. We reserve the right to change prices, availability and methods for obtaining Virtual Currency and Items at any time, at our sole discretion.

Virtual Currency and Items may be forfeited if you breach these Terms, have your Account or access to the Service suspended for any reason, discontinue use of the Service or part of it containing applicable Virtual Currency and Items or we discontinue availability of the Service or part of it containing applicable Virtual Currency and Items. You agree that in any event Virtual Currency and Items will not be reimbursed.

User Content

The Service may contain content provided by users, including but not limited to user names, chat, forum or comment messages, game content and mods and any media ("User Content"). By submitting User Content you acknowledge and warrant that such action is not in violation of any rights, agreements or third party rights, including but not limited to copyright and intellectual property rights, and you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the User Content you upload.
